Here at Hill Farm Livery, we are a friendly family run livery business situated at the centre of our working farm on the outskirts of Norwich.  Our Yard Manager is Marion Gray who has 19 years’ experience working with horses.  Marion is highly experienced, always having the welfare and safety of the horses and ponies in her charge as her main priority.

We are able offer a wide range of flexible livery options to suit every horse and owner, these include – Grass, DIY, Assisted DIY, Part, Full and Holiday livery. If your particular livery requirement is not listed here, please feel free to contact us to chat about how we can help.

Hill Farm Livery continues to be a working farm, this enables our livery owners to have many miles of wonderful off road riding. The farm is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Hethel in Norfolk and also located close to Mulbarton Village – we are just five miles South of Norwich with easy access from the main A11

Our facilities include:

• 20m x 40m floodlit all-weather surfaced ménage
• Miles of off road riding
• Tracks with cross country jumps
• A selection of show jumps available for use
• Wash down area
• Lorry and Trailer parking available
• Two assigned individual paddocks for your horse (Summer and Winter grazing)
• Large traditional stables
• Alarmed tack room
• Quality home Grown hay, haylage and straw
• Rest/Coffee Area

We provide a professional and caring service for all the horses and ponies kept at livery here at Hill Farm in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere – we’re here to help, so if there’s anything we can do, please just ask!

We offer the following livery packages:

Grass Livery – All our fields have shelters and water is available close by.

DIY Livery – This is a very popular package keeping the costs down whilst taking full advantage of our facilities.

Assisted DIY Livery – We’re here to help, whether it’s to turn out, feed or rug up – please just ask.

Full Livery – We cater for every requirement of your horse, providing all feed, bedding and full care of your horse.

Part Livery – This is a sought after choice for the working owner – we provide all feed, bedding and agreed care for your horse.

Holiday Livery – Consists of full care for your horse whilst you are away, this includes exercise if required.
