Welcome to Red House Farm Livery Stables

We are a small friendly yard just outside village of Barham run by a husband and wife team with over 40 year’s experience with horses across the disciplines.

Our aim is to provide a high standard of care and facilities to our clients and their valued horses above and beyond the standards set for the BHS Livery Yard Approved Scheme, yet all competitively priced to suit your pocket.

Whatever your horse’s requirements we are sure we will be able to help you, whether it is for a show or competition horse or pony, or valued old family faithful – give us a call and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Large stables with rubber mats and automatic watering system, views over the stable yard and gardens.
Well equipped and heated tack and rug room, with security alarm system installed.
Wash box with with heated shower available

Individual storage
Hay and bedding available.
Good individual summer and winter turnout with all weather track to the fields.
Silica Sand and Turfloat arena with LED floodlights,
Grass lunge pen in the summer months,
Course of show jumps,
Lorry and Trailer parking available on site.

We are close to local competition venues with Easy access for A14 and A12 if your wanting to go out to compete.

20 minutes from Topthorn Arena,
30 minutes from The Jays,
15 minutes from Newton Hall,
45 minutes from Martley Hall.
